Shipping Time at Hera Antiques

Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched upon receipt of full payment. National deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the shipment and may take up to 8 weeks. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Unforeseen Events

Hera Antiques is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Condition & Inspection Upon Delivery. 

We guarantee that items are in the described condition when they reach you. This guarantee applies until the item is either picked up by the buyer or delivered by the shipping company.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is delivered by a freight carrier, it must be inspected at the time of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it. Please include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Use our contact form on our website to report the issue.

Please notify us of your return by completing the return form available on our website.

All products are inspected before delivery. As the items are old, they are not in new condition. If the item is damaged upon delivery, we are obligated to repair the defect free of charge. 

You must contact us for our approval before returning the damaged item. Your complaint must be reported to us immediately upon discovery of the damage.

In the event of complaints, your complaint must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund you when we have received the item back.  We will then be responsible for return shipping if the complaint is accepted. We are not responsible for postal delivery delays.
